Chilled Tomato Soup
- Serves 20 to 24.

Ingredients
- 2 (36-oz.) cans tomato juice
- 2 cartons (8-oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions, tops and bottoms
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 Tablespoons ketchup
Directions
This recipe is for a picnic or large crowd. Mix all ingredients until well-blended. Chill overnight and serve cold. Can be made several days ahead.
