- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¼ C brown sugar
- 4 unpeeled peaches, halved and pitted
- ¾ C sour cream
- 3 Tbsp coarsely chopped toasted almonds
Heat grill to medium high (or heat broiler to high and move oven rack about 5 inches from heat). Mix butter and 1 Tbsp sugar in a bowl. Brush over cut sides of peaches. Place cut side toward heat for 1 minute. Turn peaches over and cook 2 minutes more, or until peaches are beginning to char and soften. Place each half in a bowl. Stir remaining sugar and sour cream until sugar dissolves. Spoon over peaches and sprinkle with pecans. Serves 4.
