Ingredients

  • entire garlic peeled...ALL of the cloves
  • 1 or two jalapenos...you can take the seeds out if you would like but I leave them in...we like it spicy!
  • Medium size onion cut into 1/8's
  • Handful or two of Cilantro leaves
  • juice of 1 lime
  • teaspoon of salt
  • Large can of peeled tomatoes

Directions

Place the jalapeno’s, the peeled garlic cloves and the onion on a cookie sheet and broil until the jalapeno’s are charred then flip all of it and broil the other side. While this is broiling you can pull the cilantro leaves off and throw them in your ninja or food processor as well as the lime and salt. When the veggies are done broiling put those in the food processor as well and pulse until fine. Dump in the large can of peeled tomatoes and pulse again until fine. If you love Jalapeno’s salsa you will love this. It’s the same exact thing! WARNING: VERY ADDICTIVE! If you like it soupy all you do is have to add water until you reach the desired consistency! Open a bag of tortilla chips and enjoy!! <3
