- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes or until brown around edges. Makes 2 dozen.
