Pear, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad
- 1 can (29 oz.) pear halves, drained
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup bottled low-fat or nonfat Italian, French or Ranch dressing
Chopped parsley for garnish Divide and arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with parsley.
