Rice Krispies Peanut Butter Balls (video)

  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C creamy peanut butter
  • 1 C Karo syrup
  • 6 C Rice Krispies


To a medium-large pan, add sugar, peanut butter and Karo syrup and cook on medium. Start a timer for 7 minutes. Stir often. When the timer is up and you see bubbles in the middle of the pan (not a full boil), remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Stir until well combined. 

With a cookie scoop, make golf-ball size balls of all the mixture, placing on parchment. Pack the balls tightly with your hands, as you would to make a snowball. 

When they are cooled and set, enjoy! Makes about 60.
