Sautéed Broccoli


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 4 C broccoli florets (or other vegetables such as squash, zucchini, peppers, onion, Brussels sprouts)
  • Pinch salt and pepper


Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet.

Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets or other vegetables and cook for 10–15 minutes, or until tender.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

For a main dish, top with meat. Serves 4.
