Chicken Pad Thai | Healthy weekday recipe

SOMETIMES THE JOB I DO can fool people about how we eat at home. We eat very healthy most of the time and save the treats for special occasions—or when the craving hits. 

Having a handful of weeknight recipes that are quick, easy, full of protein and veggies and don’t skimp on any flavor is key for us. Having healthy premade or quick-to-make breakfasts for our busy mornings also helps so much.
