Kentucky represented at 2017 Grammys
The Bluegrass State was a big winner at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday. Sturgill Simpson won Best Country Album for A Sailor’s Guide to Earth, and Bowling Green’s Cage the Elephant’s Tell Me I’m Pretty won for Best Rock Album.
“Six years ago, I was in Utah, working on a railroad, writing songs at night,” Simpson said from the podium.
