Blackberry Sherbet
- Makes about 2 pints.
SERVES
Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh blackberries, washed and picked over
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into an ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
