Chili Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chilies or jalapenos, well-drained
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix rice, milk, eggs, chilies, and 1 cup of cheese in large bowl. Pour into greased 1-1/2-quart glass casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
