- 1-1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1-1 /2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Saute butter and ginger about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and continue stirring until it begins to thicken. Pour over meat or seafood and sprinkle cilantro over for garnish.
