Ham Leek and Mushroom Potato Bake

  • 5 large potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 large leek 1 or 2 cups diced ham ( depending on preference)
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 package cream gravy
  • 1 cup carnation cream
  • Garlic powder


Layer a 2 quart casserole dish with slice potatoes, then a layer of ham, then a layer of leeks, Cook the onion soup package as per directions then add in cream gravy package, then the carnation cream, heat until thick, if needed stir in corn starch to thicken Pour a little over the first layer, repeat until the dish is almost full then pour the remaining gravy mix over the top, you can add a little water to the gravy mix if you want more liquid, cover with foil and cook for 40 mins then uncover and cook 20 mins
