- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 1/3 cup no sugar added orange marmalade
- 1 (8 oz) carton vanilla low fat yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons of grated orange rind
Scoop ½ cup sherbet into each of 4 parfait glasses, top each with 1 tablespoon of marmalade.
Spoon yoghurt evenly over each.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of orange rind over each parfait.
Serve immediately. 4 servings
