Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes
- 9 large potatoes peeled
- 1 (8oz) pkg of cream cheese, softened.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Cook potatoes in water; drain.
Mash and add remaining ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Put in greased shallow casserole and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Refrigerate until ready to cook, then bake at 350 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
