- Makes 56 balls.
- 1 box vanilla wafers, finely crushed
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups pecans, very finely crushed
- 12 oz. chocolate
Mix vanilla wafers, nuts, powdered sugar, and orange juice with melted butter. Mix very well. Form into 3/4-inch, walnut-size balls. Chill. When you are ready to dip the balls, melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Dip balls and place on wax paper to harden. Store in airtight container in cool place.
