- 1 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 (15-1/4 oz.) cans juice-packed pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup diced maraschino cherries, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Combine yogurt and orange juice concentrate in a large bowl. Stir in pineapple, raisins, cherries, and walnuts. Chill 30 minutes. Serve using a slotted spoon.
Makes 5 (1-cup) servings.
