Red, White and Blueberry Bake
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sugar-free, low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar substitute
- Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven on broil setting.
Place 1/2 cup raspberries and 1/2 cup blueberries in each of 8 oven-proof bowls.
Top each with 1/2 cup yogurt, then sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar substitute and a dash of cinnamon.
Place bowls in oven and broil 3 inches from heat source for 4 minutes.
Leave oven cracked during cooking.
Makes 8 servings.
