Sour Cream Pound Cake

  • Serves 6-8


  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. butter, soft
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix soda in sour cream, add to mixture. Add vanilla, mix well. Bake at 325° for one hour in Bundt pan, greased with butter.
