- 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
- Basil to taste (I used a teaspoon, crumbled)
- 3/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
- 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray.
Roll out pizza dough. Sprinkle with small amount of basil.
Cover 3/4 of dough with sliced ham and top with cheese.
Make sure stuffing does not overlap edges.
Roll dough lengthwise, seamside down.
Combine egg and garlic and brush on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 400° until golden brown.
When cool, slice into 1-1/2-inch pieces.
Serve with mustard or marinara sauce for dipping.
