  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
  • Basil to taste (I used a teaspoon, crumbled)
  • 3/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray.

Roll out pizza dough. Sprinkle with small amount of basil.

Cover 3/4 of dough with sliced ham and top with cheese.

Make sure stuffing does not over­lap edges.

Roll dough lengthwise, seam­side down.

Combine egg and garlic and brush on top.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 400° until golden brown.

When cool, slice into 1-1/2-inch pieces.

Serve with mustard or marinara sauce for dipping.
