- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 large, very ripe, bananas
- 1 cup flour
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar and add beaten eggs.
Mix well. Add bananas, one at a time, and beat well.
Add dry ingredients. Blend well.
Grease loaf pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and lower heat to 350 degrees. Continue baking 35 to 45 minutes.
It’s fine to double this recipe, and chopped pecans may be added if desired.
