Farmwald’s Restaurant and Bakery Specialty Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 C graham crackers, crushed
  • ¼ C butter, melted
  • 4 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 4 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 275°. To make crust, mix melted butter and crushed graham crackers. Pack mixture into 9-inch springform cheesecake pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl and beat well. Add sour cream and eggs to cream cheese mixture mix until combined. Pour into cheesecake pan and bake for one hour. Chill 24 hours and serve with toppings as desired.
