- 8 to 10 lb. precooked, boned ham
- whole cloves
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
Cook ham in roasting pan in 350° oven according to directions; take ham out 90 minutes before time is up.
Score ham through layer of fat and stud with cloves.
Mix ingredients together and pour over ham during last 90 minutes of cooking time.
Bake an additional 30 minutes at 300°. Baste every 15 minutes until done.
