Ginger Ale Dumplings

- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 4 Cooking apples
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 2 sticks butter(salted)
- 1 12oz. can of Ginger Ale
Set oven 375
Cut apples in quarters.
Should have 16 pieces Wrap each apple slice in a crescent roll and place in 9×13 in greased baking pan.
Melt butter in microwave and add brown sugar, cinnamon and white sugar. Stir and then microwave until it’s all dissolved good.
Drizzle all of the heated sauce over the wrapped apples in the pan.
Pour the ginger Ale all around the wrapped and sauces apples.
Bake around 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
When done, add to a plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and then drizzle a little of the sauce that is around the dumplings on the top.
