Homemade Sloppy Joes

  • Serves 4-6


  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup (do not dilute)
  • 2 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershir


Brown ground chuck, onion, and green pepper. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with chili powder. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve on buns with chips or fries and pickle spears, or with baked beans and corn on the cob for a complete me
