Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients
- 1 stick of margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Melt butter and cool. Add all ingredients and bake in 9″ unbaked pie crust at 325° for 40 minutes. Good served warm or cool. Freezes well.
