Marilyn’s Christmas Candy


  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 bar paraffin
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips


Thoroughly mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter.

Pour melted butter over the mixture and blend well.

Shape dough into balls.

Chill in the refrigerator until firm.

Using a double boiler, melt paraffin and chocolate chips together over the boiling water.

Using a toothpick, dip balls into the chocolate and place on waxed paper.
