- Serves 6-8.
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons crystallized ginger
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
Combine praline ingredients and sprinkle over top of baked pudding. Continue baking for an additional 25 minutes until pudding is set and slightly puffed. Serve warm.
