Slow Cooker Corn Chowder


  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine
  • 1-1 /2 cups frozen hash-brown potatoes
  • 3/4 cup cooked, chopped ham
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2-1 /2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine onion, margarine, potatoes, ham, corn, soup, and milk in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8.
