- 2 qts. green tomatoes (3 1/4 lbs)
- 4 large onions
- 6 green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Tablespoon celery seed
- 1 Tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 Tablespoon tumeric
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
Cut up and grind together tomatoes, onions and peppers, drain thoroughly.
Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.
Fill sterilized jars with cooked vegetables to 1/8 in. from top. Seal. Invert 5 min. Stand away from drafts.
