Baked Fish with Tomato-Pepper Sauce

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook until peppers are soft. Add tomatoes and cook until sauce is thick.

Spread sauce in the bottom of a large, shallow baking pan. Arrange fish fillets on top. Spoon a layer of sauce on top of each fillet.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12 or 15 minutes, or until fish is tender and flakes when tested with a fork.
