Breakfast In A Blender

  • Serves 1.


  • 1 ripe peach or banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (you may use light)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon bran cereal or wheat germ


Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
