Italian Cream Cake from a Mix
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
Mix cake mix according to directions.
Add pudding and cinnamon and beat with electric mixer.
Fold in nuts, pineapple and coconut, and frost with cream cheese icing.
