MLC’s Family Restaurant Meatloaf

  • Meatloaf
  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pkg McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
  • ¾ C quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1/8 C soy sauce
  • 1/8 C ketchup
  • Topping
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce


Preheat oven to 350°.

Add meatloaf ingredients to large bowl and mix well with hands. Pour meat mixture in a 9×5-inch loaf baking pan and shape into an even layer.

Whisk topping ingredients in a small bowl. Using spatula, spread ketchup mixture over the meatloaf.

Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
