Peach and cinnamon pies

- 200 g bisquick
- 200 g flour (ap)
- 2 sticks butter
- Cold water Peaches ( canned is fine)
Mix the bisquick and flour together.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix into the flour until it resembles bread crumbs ( you can use a food processor for this).
Slowly add the cold water to make a dough, it should be easy to handle and not to dry Refrigerate 30 mins Roll out dough to approx 1/8 inch Use a biscuit cutter or a large glass to cut out circles.
Place a tbls or so into middle of the circle then gently fold over to make a half circle. Use a fork to press edges together to seal Repeat with all of the circles.
Beat 1 egg with a little milk and brush on the pastry Cook on a flat tray at 375 for about 25 mins or until golden brown Frost the top or leave plain.
