Veg-All™ Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cans Veg-all™
  • 2 medium cans water chestnuts
  • 2 cups cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packages Ritz™ crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, cut into pats

Directions

Drain Veg-all™ and water chestnuts. Place in casserole. Mix together cheese, mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over vegetables. Crush Ritz™ crackers and spread over top. Dot with the margarine. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
