Vegetable Salad

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch green onions, including tops
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 bottle ranch-style dressing


Cut into bite-size pieces first four ingredients. Mix together, scatter peas on top. Pour dressing over top. Seal tightly and let set 24 hours. Mix well before serving.
