Grilled Skewers Of Lamb

  • Serves 4 to 6


  • 2 pounds lamb loin, cut into
  • 1-1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper


Marinate lamb cubes and all remaining ingredients 4 to 6 hours. Arrange 2 to 3 pieces of meat on each skewer. Grill 3 to 5 minutes (depending on desired doneness), turning frequently.
