Ingredients
- 2 C extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 1 (4-oz) jar pimentos, drained
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients until well combined and refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld. Serve on sandwiches, or as a dip along with vegetables or crackers.
