Homemade Ice Cream

- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ C sugar
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 ½ qt whole milk
- 1 qt canned peaches, crushed or 1 qt strawberries, crushed
Beat eggs and add sugar. Beat until thick. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Freeze in a 5-quart ice cream freezer.
