- 1 cup melted butter
- Generous dash of garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Accent
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
Wash and pat dry chicken.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Dip in butter and roll in dry mix and roll up each piece.
Place in pan lined with foil.
Combine leftover butter, honey and lemon juice and pour over chicken in baking dish.
Bake, covered with foil, at 350′ for 45 to 50 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to brown.
