- 1 2-1/2-lb. to 3-lb. fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian dressing
- 1/2 Tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
Preheat oven to 350°.
Rinse, clean and cut up chicken in cold water as desired.
Prepare coating mixture by combining remaining ingredients.
Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
Coat bake uncovered 50 minutes until cooked through.
