- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer a single layer of potatoes on bottom of baking dish. Lay pork chops on top of potatoes. In small bowl, blend the two soups together. Pour over pork chops, trying to cover them evenly with mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes and remove foil. Continue baking for 10 more minutes.
