Fruit Kabobs with Devonshire Cream


  • 1 large orange, cut into 8 chunks
  • 16 grapes
  • 2 limes, cut into 8 quarters
  • Watermelon chunks
  • Pineapple chunks
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 8 (8-inch) skewers
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar (according to taste)


Begin and end each kabob with a citrus fruit to keep kabobs from sliding. Alternate other fruits on skewer in between the two and assemble in a circle on a plate. Makes 8 skewers.

With electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add brown sugar and blend until smooth. Fill small bowl inside platter of fruit kabobs. Use as dip.
