- 1 large orange, cut into 8 chunks
- 16 grapes
- 2 limes, cut into 8 quarters
- Watermelon chunks
- Pineapple chunks
- 8 large strawberries
- 8 (8-inch) skewers
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar (according to taste)
Begin and end each kabob with a citrus fruit to keep kabobs from sliding. Alternate other fruits on skewer in between the two and assemble in a circle on a plate. Makes 8 skewers.
With electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add brown sugar and blend until smooth. Fill small bowl inside platter of fruit kabobs. Use as dip.
