- 1 small red onion
- 1 small unpeeled cucumber, diced
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 large head lettuce
- 2 medium green peppers, cored, seeded and diced
- Banana peppers (pickled) to taste, chopped
- 2 medium red tomatoes
- 1 pkg. feta cheese, crumbled

Chop and mix ingredients.
Add tomatoes and cheese just before serving to keep firmness.
Serve with any Caesar dressing or serve with oil and vinegar.
